This project was part of the course Interactive products at Linköping University. The goal was to apply methods and techniques to identify problems and evaluate alternative solutions for an interactive product, where HUGO was used as a case.

The autonomous delivery robot HUGO is an initiative to enhance and make last-mile deliveries more environmentally friendly. With its modular design, HUGO is able handle a variety of packages and goods autonomously, reducing the reliance on traditional transportation methods.

lo-fi prototypes

Different scenarios were defined, for example that the user would order a delivery with HUGO, taking into consideration occurances that would happen while interacting with the delivery robot. Based on this, low Fi - prototypes were created for an application that would facilitate these tasks.

hi-fi prototypes

The sequences were tested and some parts were redesigned based on the feedback. Lastly, hi-fi prototypes were created in Figma where and the flows were evaluated with user tests.
